The Coconut Diet


2 peanuts

4 glasses juice

water infinity

2 apples

1 salmon fish fillet

spagetti platter (exercise after)

eggs 3

1 glass (whole) milk

2 salads (olive oil and red wine vinegar)

(1) steak (no sause)

2 crackers

1 coca-cola

5 chesse squares

2 cm. slice pizza(1)
